emuwren:

The Eurasian Sparrowhawk - Accipiter nisus, is a small bird of prey in the family Accipitridae . This bird is found throughout the temperate and subtropical parts of the Old World.

One or two have these have been visiting a now deserted Estonian Osprey nest, which is under cam observation.
